    The recommended diet

    Break your fast with a balanced meal that includes lean proteins,complex carbohydrates healthy fats and a variety of fruits and vegetables also try Drink plenty of water and electrolyte-rich fluids between iftar and suhoor to prevent dehydration during fasting hours.

    Other useful tips

    Be mindful of your energy levels and adjust the intensity of your workouts accordingly. Consider focusing on lighter or moderate-intensity exercises during fasting hours to prevent exhaustion ,otherwise Schedule your training sessions during non-fasting hours.
