FATHER’S DAY CrossFit CHALLENGE 2022 REGULATIONS
This document contains general information about FATHER’S DAY CrossFit CHALLENGE 2022 (hereafter abbreviated as FDCC22).
Each athlete signing up and accepting the participation to the event, declares to have read and agreed to the rules and any further information explained. The following regulation is an integral part of the act of participation in FDCC22.
- Being a father at the time of participation.
- Accepting rules and regulations about discharge of liability and personal data
- Having completed the registration through the link and paid the participation fee of 50DT.
Categories are as follows:
Online registration will give access to the following categories:
- RX 12 athletes
- Scaled 18 athletes
JAB CLUB reserves the right to offer access to the FDCC22 to other Athletes deemed deserving it without going through the registration.
Participation wods will be individual and the scores of each athlete will be added in order to obtain the final ranking.
The registration date is set for 08/06/2022.
Those who wish to register must fill out the registration form on the JAB CLUB web site and pay the fee of:
- 50DT before the 16/06/2022.
Athletes who will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of the registration to the FDCC22.
Participation fees cannot be refunded for any reason, except for the cancellation of the event by the organization.

DISCLAIMER AND CODE OF CONDUCT DURING THE EVENT:
Each athlete who participates in the FDCC22 event, upon registration, accepts what is contained in the regulations.
All participating athletes agree to respect the principles of a competition by behaving in a fair and sporting way. All athletes will also be committed to respecting the correct behavior towards other athletes, judges, volunteers and Staff.
Offensive verbal comments, violent discussions, harassment, threats, provocations, obstacles and annoyances towards other athletes, judges, volunteers and Staff will not be accepted whatsoever and taken into legal action. Damages or impediments that interfere with the fair and proper conduct of the event, against the organization, participants, sponsors, spectators or others present will be punished by penalties to their ranking. The judgment of the judges cannot be questioned, and their word will be final and incontrovertible, as well as the one from the organization. Furthermore, videos made by outsiders will not be taken into consideration, nor videos made by outsiders that question the reason for the dispute.
DECLARATION OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Each athlete who by enrolling decides to participate in the event, declares under his responsibility to accept the following regulations in full.
Each athlete informed of the activity that will be carried out during the event must present a valid medical certificate for competitive sports, having consulted in advance a sports doctor who will ensure the good health condition and a good condition to carry out the required sporting activities.
Each athlete also declares to be in a good health condition and not to have physical deficiencies that would compromise their participation in the event, making it dangerous for their health.
Each athlete is responsible for any injury caused to himself or others releasing the organization from any type of civil or criminal liability.
Each athlete declares to habitually practice sports.
Each athlete declares to be aware that the activities that will take place during the event may involve serious health risks (also causing disability, death and consequent socio-economic losses), due to bad behaviors, negative attitudes towards both their selves and towards other participants in the event. By accepting these conditions, each athlete therefore takes all responsibility for acts due to their behavior also and especially in relation to the previous point. Each athlete agrees to waive, either in person or through other representatives, heirs or next of kind, any actions for damages for personal or material damage against the organization within the limits imposed by the Italian law.
This also applies to their accompanying staff. This also applies to their companions.
Each athlete declares that he authorizes the organization to provide emergency medical treatment through qualified personnel present at the event.
Each athlete therefore expressly agrees, with this regulation and in respect of the organization, to release it from any liability and compensation under Italian law.
Each athlete agrees to the following regulations releasing the Organization from liability and compensation in a broad and inclusive of what is permitted by Tunisian law that if any part of this agreement is deemed invalid you agree that the remaining regulation nevertheless remains fully valid and effective.
JAB CLUB, as the holder of the process, informs all athletes that it will use the personal data provided at the time of registration, in order to allow you to join every stage of the organization of the event; to fulfill the legal obligations relating to the organization of the event, as provided for by the civil, fiscal and accounting for the purposes of administrative management of the relationship; to disseminate or promote to the public the event by sending promotional emails and future initiatives by JAB CLUB.
The personal data requested are required for the purposes described above. In case of refusal JAB CLUB Organization will not be able to allow the athlete to participate in the event.
In addition, athletes authorize the use of their images in photographic representations, audio and video contents or other forms of reproduction that will be made through the website social network channels of the event FDCC22 and on WWW.JABCLUB.TN website, facebook pages, twitter and istagram and on any other advertising material in paper format or electronic. Processing of personal data will be done through manual, computerized and telematic tools, with logic closely related to the purpose.
In addition, athletes authorize the use of their image, in photographic representations, audio and video content or other forms of reproduction that will be made through the website social network channels of the event FDCC22 and WWW.JABCLUB.TN web site, facebook pages, twitter and istagram any other advertising material in paper format or electronic. Personal data will not be disclosed and will be used exclusively for the purposes described above.
I am aware that athletic activities have inherent dangers and risks including but not limited to the potential for serious personal
injury or death caused by any JAB CLUB’s activities or any condition of the facilities or equipment of JAB CLUB, some of which
Transient light-headedness, fainting, abnormal blood pressure, chest discomfort, muscle cramps, muscle soreness, pain,
discomfort, fatigue, nausea,heart failure, exercise induced rhabdomyolisis, and so forth:
Allmanner of injury resulting from slipping or falling, either roped or unroped, while skipping, running, walking, lifting, climbing,
and impacting against the floor, walls, equipment, other athletes, or any permanent or temporary fixtures or equipment Abrasion,
entanglement, lacerations, bruising, dislocations, and any other injuries resulting from activities near stands, racks, weight bars,
pull up bars, walls, ropes, cargo nets, medicine balls and boxes;
Injuries resulting from falling athletes or objects such as weights dumbbells, bars, medicine balls, ropes,
kettlebells, and so forth or by any objects dropped by other persons conducting athletic activities or assisting others;
Failure of equipment, racks, stands, bars, attachments, ropes, harnesses, And, I do hereby further acknowledge and agree:
a) That the athletic activities I am participating in requires a high degree of effort, are designed to be high intensity, and are
intended to challenge my cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, accuracy, balance and
b) That I will honestly represent my level of fitness, health, nutrition, use of medication, medical history, and current physical,
mental, and medical condition to JAB CLUB.
c) That although CrossFit Tempo and / or 2307 will take steps to reduce the risks and increase the safety of all athletic activities, it
is not possible for JAB CLUB to make these athletic activities completely safe
d) That I am personally responsible for my preparation prior to athletic activities, my concentration and attention during these
athletic activities, and for my post activity rest and recovery;
e) That I will learn and obey the rules and regulations of JAB CLUB, and that I will follow the instructions and directions of JAB
CLUB during athletic activities;
f) That I will inform JAB CLUB immediately should I feel pain, discomfort, fatigue, nausea or other symptoms that Imay suffer
during and immediately after athletic activities;
g) That Imay stop participating at any time and Imay be directed to stop by JAB CLUB should I display any noticeable signs of
